ST MAARTEN ST MARTIN HAS A GAY CONTROVERSY, OR IS A JUST ANOTHER DISTRACTION?

This controversy is strictly business. Should gays be allowed to get married? To me this is just another government distraction. They trying to distract the populace with b.s. that they have already approved so that people don't notice that St Maarten is in chaos, and many members in government are under investigation. There are people who are religious and completely against gay marriage. My opinion ........ In a Democracy church and state is supposed to be separate. The Bible condemns homosexuality, so a Christian gay wedding would automatically be null and void, but a state ceremony in a country where  homosexuality is not illegal should have nothing to do with any church. So it would be legal in the eye of the state, but not in the eye of the church. The reason that church and state have to remain separate is because if they weren't most St Maarteners would be considered criminals right now... why?
Because according to the Bible it's a sin to eat pork
its a sin to work on a Sunday
one cannot wear clothing with more than one fabric.
anyone eating shrimp or lobster would be committing a religious crime
calling the name of the lord in vain, would also be a sin/religious crime.
So unless we want to go back into the age of the Inquisition. During the Inquisition, there were a lot of wealthy Jews in Spain. There was envy and distrust. The Church said, all Jews must convert or leave. Many converted, the rest fled to other countries and became Sephardic Jews.
The neighbors, enemies and rivals of these Jews said.........."they're not really converts, they're just pretending to be Christian to continue living in Spain." Now in these days any type of heresy (any act condemned by the Bible) is punishable by death. So the good Christians started accusing the newly converted Jewish Christians a being heretics and not true converts. The Spanish queen appointed Torquemada to lead these "inquisitions". So neighbors started snitching on neighbors just out of revenge, for the fun of it, or to get their neighbors property. Soon, all someone had to do was dislike you to have you tied up in a torture chamber. Now what most people don't know about Torquemada, was that HE TOO WAS A CONVERTED JEW!!! So the queen sent a Jew after the Jews during the Inquisition. The biggest Jew was leading the ANTI-JEW MOVEMENT. And in St Maarten it seems like the biggest gays are leading the anti-gay movement.
How many batty boys on the DL (downlow) did you notice in that little protest???
