Theo Heyliger and Co. did a lot of scheming, and spent millions to form this new government coalition. However St Maarten now has "screenings" or "vetting" of Government officials for certain positions such as Minister. Turns out Neither Romain Laville nor Theo Heyliger can pass these screenings. So many favors and promises were exchanged between Romain Laville and Theo Heyliger..........yet, Theo CANNOT get a seat.
